What you can write to us about

Feedback and ideas are always welcome. Tell us which styles, categories or features you would like to see next, and we will think about adding them. If a style shows empty boxes in an app, send a bug report with the app name, your device and the text you pasted, so we can reproduce the problem. You can also ask questions about how to use the site, our privacy policy or our terms, or write to us about business and partnership ideas.

How fast do we reply?

FilesSnap is a small project and we read every message. Email is the best way to send details, and we aim to reply within a few days. Instagram messages may take a little longer, so please be patient with us.

Before you write

Please take a quick look at the How to use page first, because it answers most common questions. For your own safety, never send passwords, bank details or other private information by email or message. We will never ask you for them.
